What we process, and why
If you submit the enquiry form, we process the name, company and email address you provide, together with your answers in the conformity route check, solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention
Enquiry data is deleted once your enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Local storage
This site stores your language and display-theme preference in your browser. No third-party analytics, no advertising, no cross-site tracking. We count visits with a self-hosted, cookieless counter that stores a truncated, daily-changing pseudonymous value — never your IP address.
Third-party content
The video on this page loads from YouTube only after you click it; YouTube then receives your IP address and may set cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain — no request is made to any third party when a page loads.
Your rights
